Well done.<br><br>My weight has been creeping up in the last year (I've put on 10 kg) and it's just so easy to make excuses and be lazy.<br><br>I've finally decided that I am going to change and get into good habits. I've been going 2 weeks now and am feeling better just trying to stay positive, trying to do 20 minutes a day exercise. <br><br>You actually inspired me a while back talking about starting c25k.
